We have just been notified that since so many banks have stopped funding USDA Home Loans that the funds will last longer than anticipated. Probably thru May.

We are still taking applications and closing USDA mortgages at least thru May.

There is also talk that the current funding fee of 2% will be increased to 3.25% and with this increase there would no longer be a shortage of funds for this program.
